How do I go about selling something which will be delivered via an email
link, and how do I list multiple of the same item. It will be free
delivery of course, only the cost of the item, but I haven't found out

I want to use, doesn't have the "everything else" category which it
states I have to use. Does this mean I will have to list on the American
site
