Ive asked for a refund from a seller now they want my paypal details to refund. Is this safe to give

Hi, I didnt recieve an item that I payed for in oct the seller has reluctently decided to give me a refund. They are asking me for my paypal details so they can refund the money. What details do I give them and is this safe to do.
