Problem has been solved Aus Post employee's were too lazy to place it into the PO boxAfter abit of a hassle they decided to get up walk to the back off the shop and place it into the PO box Problem solved Thanks for the replies

Hi and thanks for replyingYes she has the tracking number.Can I get Aus Post to look into it as the buyer has sent me an email saying she has been to the post office on a daily basis and was wondering just where it is awaiting collection.
