After twelve days my item still hasn't left the US. It has been
processed by Pitney Bowe then after four days it was put in the hands of
the devil (It’s safe: We’ve collected your parcel) APG. Ebay, your idea
of priority shipping is pitiful.
Ebay have started shipping to Australia using APG, an "extension" of
Australia Post. They are not reliable, tracking is not kept up to date,
and they will not answer questions. Can we have a choice of shipping to
Australia please?
As the buyer l pay for postage, yet have no choice in the carrier. l
have reached the point where l no longer want goods l have paid for. An
item l paid for on April 30 still has not left the USA on May 11. This
is very poor service by any standard.

The break in tracking was after it left Kentucky, the word "axe" was
only on the sales invoice enclosed inside the package (which l might add
fits in the palm of your hand and is extremely light). l am suggesting
that the buyer should have an option ...
