I would have given a refund to a buyer who didnt get their item. Didnt
need ebay to do it.The trouble is, you have no way of knowing whether
they got it or not. There is also no proof that they DIDNT receive it.
Oh well i will have to make a claim ag...

Same thing happened to me this week. Ebay and Paypal just refunded the
buyer. In my case, buyer made no contact with me whatsoever.Furthermore,
according to ebay's own terms and conditions, they have to refund the
buyer and THEN make a payment reques...
