I have to pay an extra $45.00 to to ship

An item I purchased on e- bay u.s.a had the wrong shipping cost on it.The seller requests an extra $45.00 which is no problem. How do I pay the extra by pay-pal ?Your help would be appreciated. Thankyou.-John
