i wonder if it's a legal thing. is ebay responsible if there is racist hate speech (for example) posted in a group/forum and are there differences? maybe they just want to save on mods wages. maybe the groups will not be moderated?

i was saying that i find it ridiculous that ppl here start to defend themselves why they kudoed a certain pic. i am serious though about banning cats, dogs and babies. there is already more than enough of that all over the Kindergarten Spirit.

maybe we should ask the mods to add a little space next to the kudos where we can defend ourself why we gave that kudos.
