PayPal item not Payed... WHY????

Would like to know why i am still waiting for paypal to pay out for an item.Had 3 orders 2 have been paid and DELIVERED and one is STILL waiting...Why is this??/ and whAT DO I DO??? its been 2 weeks already,,
