hi I can pay to the buyer when I buy the item from ebay but if I sale my items I can not recivie the payment for my items from my buyers please help me I have this promble from long time & I ask ebay to fix it they try to fix it but still not working...

my paypal is not working buy is trying to do the payment for my ebay item what can I do now to make the buyer to send the payment in my paypal
