hello my item that is for sale comes up with DOES NOT SELL TO AUSTRALIA writen across it

Sellers on ebay cannot make offer on item because it has a sign across saying DOESNT SELL TO AUSTRALIA please fix immediately as somone wishes to put in offer Also you have in place a get it for 399 offer I did not agree to this
