500g pre-paid satchel not available to select

I want to select a 500g pre-paid satchel as the postage cost for an item however, I am only seeing 1kg and up to select or 500g with signature (which is not needed). I'm only a casual small time seller and buy as needed from AP

Unless you have selected calculated postage. I suspect that is what it would be. Try fixed price and add the postage cost at that point.

Have you accidentally put a weight in that's less than 500g? I'm not sure if it'd affect anything but worth checking.

Thanks to everyone who responded.  Problem was solved when I switched to the listing tool to advance rather than the quick listing.
