EBay has introduced a new ‘policy’ regarding selling fee credits on partial refunds.
I used to accept returns for change of mind returns, the deal was buyers pay for return postage and I refund original purchase price less postage. My buyers were happy with this.
ebay is now refusing to refund a partial fee credits in this situation so now I will loose the selling fee and will no longer accept returns in this situation.
