Buyer did not pay for item. Reported etc etc. I was aware I had to close the case to get a FVC but I then went away for 10 days (not thinking) and EBAY closed the case automatic. This item has now been wiped from the system. We are owed this credit..but are now getting harrassed with robotic phone calls from Ebay to pay this fee ? Can this be resolved . - and who within Ebay can be contacted to solve this issue ??
