Feel free to buy from whatever scammy website you want

And when you choose dodgy sellers in China (as you have done) , Australian Consumer law does not come into it

The seller you left the neg for clearly shows they are registered in China

Clearly shows how bad their feedback is (26 negs in the past month alone) and you supported them anyway

If you did not get the item by the estimated delivery date (which was shown before you purchased) did you open a dispute ?
