I am a new seller. I have sold two items, for which the buyers have paid. I have sent the items by Australia Post and I have tracking proof of delivery. I see that eBay has the monies scheduled for release in 10- 12 days. How do I submit the POD that I have from Australia Post tracking so that the funds can be released. I cannot see any email or functionality to submit the POD.

Thanks for responding.
I did not upload tracking when I posted with Australia Post.
I have now found where tracking no. can be entered which I have done. Hopefully it will enable speedier release of funds.

Did you upload the tracking to eBay when you posted?
Most holds on funds are 30 days, lucky you for getting it in 10-12 instead
Especially when the buyer(s) have not left feedback
Did you post with insurance on those two expensive cameras ?

As well as proof of delivery, you will also need +FB from your buyers, before ebay will even consider releasing funds early.
So once you have both, you can contact ebay and request early payment, it is then purely at ebays discretion.

You obviously didn't understand the nuances of the answers. And why mark your non-solution as a solution?
