It *could* be a brushing scam, but those are usually one small item of minimal (if any) value
OR
Have you ordered something that has not arrived?
If so. it is also possible that the seller has mixed your order up ?
OR
Did you buy something from a multi-listing and not change it from the snorkel to the item you actually wanted?
Was the item posted from here or overseas, or was it 'hand delivered' ?
How do you know it was from an eBay seller? (did it have an eBay postage label or state the return address as eBay? (without telling us any of the sender's details, of course)
