Ever since the start of the pandemic, eBay’s CS reps have been switched to Live Chat.

Sometimes you can get a phone number when going through the Contact Us options, but it depends upon the hour and the day and the reason for attempting to contact eBay. Live Chat is de rigeur.

If your life is in danger, or you are very unwell, call 000 immediately. 

As for ebay, the time of your post, there would be no options to contact. You have to wait until business hours tomorrow.

Go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options until a live chat window appears (during normal business hours).
