Mark item as paid

Need help marking 2 items I have sold as paid. They were collected and not posted and the buyer paid by cash. I cannot see anywhere where I can update the items as payment received. Thanks

That would be in sold items. The dropdown will give many options. Among them are 'paid' and 'posted' (or 'shipped'). Tick the appropriate ones.

Pretty sure the buyer needs to give you a code that allows you to mark paid, and protects you from any dispute should it arise.

The buyer now has to mark as 'completed transaction' or paid at their end.....then the seller is able to...I have been on 'live chat' about it. Apparently the seller can now only finalise if  1 item is purchased this way....for multiples, we're stuffed
