Hi can someone please tell me is the cost of sending a standard large letter up to 125 grams going up from $2.20 to $4.60 same state and interstate $5.10. Also is it now only 50 to 100 grams not 125 grams. I have called Australia Post who is saying yes, online help is saying no and my local post office does not know. Some of my items I sell are only $6.95 with free postage and would weigh more that 100 grams does this mean now instead of me paying $2.20 I will have to pay up to $5.10. Thank you for any help I am really confused. Changes say they come in on the 5th September.

Hi I sell party products. So just like a just married banner it weighs 43 grams I normally can post within Australia for $0.220 large letter, so what I am wanting to know will it now be $0.400 to post if not in my same state. Thank you for responding to me.

I am just a small seller on Ebay so I know it might not sound like much of a price increase but most of my items sell for $6.95 so if anything is above 50 grams and I have to send to interstate for $0.510 postage will be more than the item I have purchased to sell.

You're looking at the wrong bit.
You need standard postage, not unaddressed flyers. And you won't get that for 51c.

Hi sorry I might have written it wrong. I am saying that I normally can send a large letter for $2.20 anywhere within Australia up to 125grams. What I am wondering is it now going to be 50 grams $3.55 same state $4.00 interstate. Over 50-100 grams $4.60 interstate $5.10 if that makes sense.

READ the information. The increases are for PREPAID letter services. You don't use prepaid, so it shouldn't be an issue. You are also referring to a service you don't (and can't) use and multiplying the cost by 10.
Honestly, you need to learn some mathematics. And spend the time you are posting on the boards to actually READ the AP notification!

Thanks for your response, I have re read and re read. , Like I said I have asked Aust Post, my local post and online, and can not get a straight answer, sorry that I have come on here and asked for help, exactly what you have said is exactly what I am asking, call Aust Post tomorrow and see who you get onto because at first the lady said pre paid and will not have a impact on me then she said let me look into it and then came back on and said yes it will impact me. Thanks anyway good luck to you if you have nothing nice to say just do not comment. First time ever posting on this kind of board just for your information

I'm sorry. I thought you wanted advice, not a shoulder to cry on. Unfortunately for you I don't have spare shoulders. You don't seem to want facts.
