Obvious Shill Bidding. Need assistance to talk to a real person.

I have been monitoring a seller for over a year for shill bidding after I fell victim to it myself. I reported it to ebay a while back but they are still trading and doing it on most of their Items from a single Shill account.

They are using the shill account to raise the prices on most of their listed items..... everything from Jewellery, Fishing Reels, Broken Phones and Laptops. Their 30 Day History Stats looks like this....

I want to report this user again. Is there anyway to directly contact and talk to a REAL person and not a bot in live time about this. I cant find any Start Chat link...... only bot scripted answers to set questions. Can anyone provide a direct link to start a live chat. Thanks.

Use "live chat" and ask to speak to a supervisor.

But you'd better be able to prove it or they'll probably take no action.

The stats you posted show nothing to prove shill bidding.

Your suspicion is not proof.

If you want to report the seller, this page goes over the shillbidding policy and includes a link to report the seller.

The so called "shill account " does not "raise the prices".

It is other bidders who do that.

I'm with the countessa on this... you have shown zero proof.

You were not a "victim"... you chose to bid.

Well you have proven nothing so far, except that you seem to be on a vendetta against a particular seller.  If ebay also see that, then it may be you shown the door.
