I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for 1 month from a seller who used POPShop couriers. After much communication they promised to deliver today which they didnt. Has anyone else had a bad experience with this unsatisfactory service?

I believe they are owned by Couriers Please which is only marginally better than Fastways, the worst courier company in Australia bar none.
Have you let the seller know how dissatisfied you are with the service?
Knowing what I do about them I would never use them, ever.

Send a firm message (not threatening) to the seller to sort it out.
They should be more than willing to track it down for you.

I'd have just gone straight to an Item Not Received case...
