Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help with my question. I’m a new Seller and have just sold an item. The Buyer has paid but the payment to me is ‘on hold’. I’ve read in the help articles eBay can keep payments on hold for up to 30 days for new Sellers.
Is it safe to allow the buyer to pick up the item without the funds being paid into my account? Or do they have the ability to revoke the payment and get their money back after collecting the item? Should I wait until the cash hits my account?
