Postage costs

I'm trying to understand how I have two postal charges for the same item..... The money has been taken already. It means I have sold the item at a loss. The postage label was a Sendle transaction. Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you resolve it ? .... Thanking you... Geordlyn

According to ebay,you only pay for Sendle shipping if the label generated is used.
