Am I missing something with this? A lot of the stuff I sell is under $10 so I think I would be paying more final value fees on any items I list that are under $10.

Yes, you definitely have to work out whether or not any offer works for you & not just accept blindly. We have this offer on another id & just ignore it.

And I think that is what ebay is hoping, given how they urge everyone to start auctions at $1  (and a heck of a lot of people do just that)

Win win for ebay, under the guise of 'giving' sellers something
