Second time this has happened with the most recent being today, Buyer claimed they did not receive parcel yet tracking shows its been delivered (tracking R331061006970773006120909) (Case ID 5348447839)
Buyer opened a case with ebay and ebay ruled in favour with buyer and refunded them out of my account. Anybody else have this happen to them?

It was left in a safe place according to the tracking. Most likely stolen. I have had many parcels left in a so called "safe place", on the doorstep in full view of the street. Australia Post and Couriers do not know what a "safe place" is. Many parcels get stolen, especially this time of year. For that reason, I make all my sales "signature on delivery" $2.95 a parcel, and the buyer pays. That way, it is handed to a person, or a card left to pick up from the Post Office. If the buyer has a Post Office Box, I refund them the $2.95. I don't want the hassle of dealing with stolen parcels, or parcels that are thrown over a side gate that no-one uses only to be discovered two weeks later rain soaked and damaged.

As an added note, I have also had many parcels delivered that are "never" marked as "delivered", so in this case Buyers could easily claim they didn't receive their item if they were dishonest. I have not had this problem with "signature on delivery" as they always get marked as "delivered"

Pretty sure ebays rules are proof of delivery which the tracking shows its delivered. Could have been stolen but this is not the sellers responsibility after its been delivered.
