Sellers beware tracking is no longer valid proof of delivery

Second time this has happened with the most recent being today, Buyer claimed they did not receive parcel yet tracking shows its been delivered (tracking R331061006970773006120909) (Case ID 5348447839)

Buyer opened a case with ebay and ebay ruled in favour with buyer and refunded them out of my account. Anybody else have this happen to them?

Ebay just refunded me after appealing the case. It should never had got to the stage of me needing to appeal as ebays rules are we need proof of delivery with tracking.

"As part of your seller protection I have granted your appeal because after reviewing I was able to confirm that tracking was delivered to the buyer, and they have collected the item after case closed which is not your fault. We released the fund to your account that you will receive in 3-5 business days. I also made sure you don't get any defect from this transaction.

I can see that case closed because item listed as Pick_up_Drop_Off and it shows buyer didn't get a code though tracking shows delivered. Please continue using eBay integrated carrier, so we can always back you up in cases like this"
