i have purchased an item of furniture with payment at collection and cant seem to get a response

I purchased an item of furniture 5 days ago.  Payment is cash on pickup.  I have not been able to get a response at all from the seller confirming sale or pickup address.  Contacted 3 times and just silence.  I would still like to get the item but dont know what I can do.

Any help would be appreciated

Very possible pick up is not allowed depending where they live.

Or seller has issues because of Covid-19.

If it's located in Melbourne, then forget about it.

You can't leave home to pick it up, even within the 5 klm radius
