$10 Voucher Ebay Plus is this a scam or not

This morning I had a call from Ebay plus asking if I would like to "accept" a $10 voucher as a reward for ongoing ebay purchases. The caller did NOT request any personal information and already had my email address. Is this a scam or legit?
