I bought a 2018 iPad Pro 11 case and seller sent me 2020 model case. Upon multiple contacts no replies and I raised negative feedback then straight away seller replied, asked me to revise feedback for refund. Seller promised upon revising the feedback refund will be issued within a minute. It’s been 4 days and no replies from seller. Now that i have revised the feedback i can't even raise another feedback, when i try to raise issue it just says something went wrong and i am getting nowhere.

Sigh...did you consider using the eBay Money Back Guarantee?

 

"when I try to raise issue"...what does that mean?

 

Feedback is something you leave after the transaction has been resolved.

 

Never revise the feedback on a seller's promise to make you whole.

lodge a claim for item NAD....make sure you use the 'proper channels"....otherwise/if ebay is useless, use Paypal to launch NAD item

Even if you have revised the feedback you still should have the option to leave a followup feedback comment....but do not do it until the transaction is completely finalised as it is your last chance to have your say.
