items not arrived

I have 2 orders:  

1  order number: 25-13882-27922

2 order number:  15-13864-60479

Can you check it for me,  are they OK?  because when I check out , I check out as a guest, not registered.

Nor can we see a thing from the order number

Even if you checked out as a guest, you should still know the item numbers and who you bought from and what the seller’s feedback was like

What was the estimated delivery date?
