Do you mean you had already applied the code successfully but then it looked like it had disappeared?

Have you looked at the order details?

Codes usually don't appear in the purchase history, but if you look at the order details ("View order details") and payment info, you will see that the code has been applied.

Did the $309 include postage ?  If so that could be why you only got $10, if the unit price was under $300.

Did you use the cart?

The cart will tell you before purchase if the discount will work.

I don't know, padi. It looks like it is the rice cooker from Bing Lee, and the listing does say $20 off if that code is applied.

Can you please explain if your problem is that you got a $10 discount when it should have been $20, or that after applying the code and looking at the purchase history it appears that the code has not been applied (in which case my first reply applies)?

If it is the first case, you will have to contact eBay via live chat...

I couldn't see any rice cookers from them, just computer bits Papermoon.

OK, I looked at Bing Lee's listings again, and the photo the OP included in the first post is of a rice cooker that only costs $119, so if that's what they bought it might be the reason why the discount was only $10. The $309 ones look different?
