To the right of items in your selling list is a small drop down menu.

Select end item, or tick all the boxes in the selling list then select end to do it in bulk.

If you mean advertisements then use an adblocker, Fire fox has Adblock plus built into it and just needs to be activated, or you can download it for other browsers.
