Request a return for item not as described. The seller can either refund you straight away and you keep the item, or they can provide a postage label for the item to be returned and you will be refunded after the item has been received by the seller.
Note the seller may also dispute your claim, or offer you a partial refund.

Was this from the seller in China who you left the 'most recent' neg for?
You certainly have a lot of bad luck with buying
And having been using eBay for over 17 years should know the basics such as how things work and to check who you are buying from before doing so

Open a dispute for Item Not as Described.
If seller is in Australia, they will need to send you a postage label.
If seller is overseas, they will need to send you postage funds
If seller does not want it back, they will need to refund you.
Never send a faulty or incorrect item back at your expense.
Do not close the case until you have a refund, no matter what seller says.
Read the buyers guide - I'm surprised you don't know the basics after being here since 2005.
