Hi, I bought a camera and it has stopped working so i opened a return which he accepted but now has gone quiet I have no return address label even though he has to supply it and contacting eBay is next to useless getting the same responses so what happens now? it's past the date when i was meant to get a return label?

Will in this case, I think, countess.
OP appears to not understand the information they have been given and admits that tomorrow is D-Day, so are also asking the question prematurely.

I can see tears here countess. Seller isnt sending the label to time it out. But OP knows what they are doing (well they say so).
You have tried.

OP has also not answered the question about the type of return request opened. If it is a not as described return and seller doesn't supply a postage label( or eBay issues one and makes seller pay for it) then when eBay is asked to step in they will refund. Whenever anyone asks they quote eBay policy about faulty goods but might not realise that if they have opened the wrong type of return they have to post back at their expense. I can see lots of tears! Hope I'm wrong.

I hope all goes well with this; I think none of us can be sure that whatโs needed is on track, but โฆ well, weโll be here to cheer if it works out, and to offer alternatives if it doesnโt.

It's all sorted I've got the labels and just dropped it off! Thanks for everyone's help!

That must be a relief!
Hopefully you had it scanned over the counter so that thereโs a scanned event - but I donโt want to be a Cassandra and Iโll just wish the parcel a speedy trip.
