I’m a seller. Bought 2 postage labels by mistake for the same order. Tried cancelling 1, but both got cancelled and I’m still charged. Need a refund for the cancelled labels — please help.

You have five days, from generation, to cancel a label, which I assume you did. You could be waiting longer than six weeks to receive a refund, as it will not be processed until Australia Post confirm the label has not been used.
If you won't be using your label, you need to cancel it within 5 days to receive a credit. Once your cancellation request is approved, it may take up to 60 days for the postage charge to be credited to your account.
To cancel an eBay postage label:
Remember that you may not use a label after it's been cancelled, or cancel a label after you've dropped the parcel off.

Yes the cancelled labels will be refunded, but it takes time. The last I heard it was taking about 6 weeks
