This is the second time my order has been cancelled they are saying that I cancelled the item. I have not cancelled any items
Sellers sometimes are O.O.S and will use buyer requested cancellation so as to not get a defect on their account. Don't worry, you don't get any defects as a buyer.
Whilst it's poor form for sellers to not update their listings, not much can be done about it.
Find another seller, preferably an Aus registered seller. (Check feedback page for where a seller is registered)
Don't know if Xtum had any contact with seller prior to item being cancelled, in the case of chinese sellers, there can be significant language barriers that result in misunderstandings. Another trick used by savvy sellers to avoid a OOS defect, is to message the buyer advising that item is out of stock, we expect next shipment in three months so you can either wait or would you prefer to cancel. As soon as the buyer says cancel, it is at the buyers request and is there in black and white for ebay to verify. (Note this can be worded in hundreds of different ways.)
