Case closed

I made a purchase of $6.10 for a "Short Antenna for Holden Commodore VF VF2..."

 

The order was placed on the 12 Jan 2026. 

I had been tracking the delivery of this item for 2 months but it just kept saying "pending" with no delivery details.

My order had not arrived and it was well past the predicted delivery date so I raised a case with eBay.  

My case was raised on the 24th March detailing the non-delivery of the item. The case number is [redacted].

A resent check of the tracking said that it was delivered on the 2nd of Feb. This info only came on the 28th Mar. The data is bogus because nothing has been received.

Today (28th Mar) I received a message saying that the case has been closed. I appealed the decision only to get an immediate response saying "After reviewing this case, we decided that we won't be able to change the outcome". 

This is not good enough. I am the victim in this and case yet I have been penalised. Not only am I out of pocket but my purchase did not arrive.

 

Please review/reopen this case and get back to me.

Contact Australia Post and ask foe photographic evidence that the item was delivered. If they come back with tracking number is false, you could try again and appeal by using the eBay chat and ask to be connected with an Agent. Explain the tracking number is false, or if the photo shows the wrong house/address it was delivered to, eBay may refund you as a « goodwill gesture ».
