Click n collect at Big W - can someone else pick up my item on my behalf? What do they need to do?

I bought something that has been delivered to big w click n collect. However I haven't received any instructions as to where/how to collect it, and I would like my elderly mum to collect it for me (I'm not in the state at the moment), so I am wondering if she can, and if so, what does she need to do/show.

You should receive an email when the item is delivered to the Woolworths/Big W location that you selected when you paid for the item.

The email will contain a barcode/code to be used when you collect the item.....this is scanned and immediately notifies ebay that you have collected it.

You have 7 days to collect it from when you are sent the code.....it gives you the actual date and you will be sent regular reminders until you pick it up.
