Have not received my item

Hi guys,

I ordered an item from EBAY and have not recieved my item yet, and the delivery date is overdue. After contacting the seller, EBAY sent me a message saying (Hang tight, you should hear back from the seller soon

If you don't hear back by Jul. 10, or if there's a problem, you can ask us to step in and help on that day). If this needs to go further, how do I let EBAY know that I need their help?

You buy from sellers on ebay, not 'from ebay'

The delivery date is only guesses made up and inserted by ebay, they do not reflect actual real life postage speeds in 9/10 cases

Maybe try sending the seller another message, personally I have not sent a message to a seller and get such an email from ebay in reply

I'm also not sure why it would mention July time if ebay's guess for delivery has already passed now

Having said that

Where was the item coming from and how was it being sent?

What was the seller's feedback like?

How did you pay?
