Hi i purchases an item which is delayed but its not on my purchases and i need a refund and seller said contact ebay team but its so hard as it doesnt appears on my purchases section i am so furstrated please tell me what to do

If the  item  isn't showing in your eBay P urchases>  See Orders > Drop down box options or  purchases as a guest, possibly eBay has removed the listing.

Hopefully  the seller's not  taking advantage of your low feedback.

How are you contacting the seller, through eBay or email ?

Have you been given a tracking number ?
