How do I file a dispute with a seller on eBay

Bought a product that lasted 3 days after contacting the seller he informs me that once the item is out of the box there’s no warranty and they won’t refund or send a new one

You state that the item lasted 3 days, so your post reads as though the item arrived as described. What exactly do you wish to dispute?

In the vast majority of transactions on eBay, there is indeed no warranty. If this is the case in your situation (which I suspect it may be) there is no way of forcing a seller to provide a warranty when they are not legally required to do so.

I wish to get a refund for an item that doesn’t preform as it should have this was a nail puncher that I used to punch floor nail nothing out of the ordinary and it should have lasted longer the seller claims that warranty only applies if the item is still in the box so basically for warranty to be valid you need not ever use it
