How do I file a dispute with a seller on eBay

Bought a product that lasted 3 days after contacting the seller he informs me that once the item is out of the box there’s no warranty and they won’t refund or send a new one

File an 'item not as described' dispute, within 30 days of arrival.........

Warranty is ONLY good for Australian authorised sellers
