On 9th April 2014 I sent my iPhone for repair under warranty to the supplier . They received it then lost it & have not acknowledge my pleas for a refund. It's been missing for over 8 weeks.
I have documentation of PayPal receipt of purchase on 19th November 2013. Also copies of warranty, & Australia Post evidence that the iPhone was delivered & collected.
My family purchased the iPhone for me as a present. They are all very disappointed. We will never deal with this company again & I am not confident to buy anything from ebay sellers.
There is nothing you can do through ebay or paypal after all this time but if it is a registered Australian business you could try Fair Trading in your state.
If they are not a registered Australian business the warranty is probably not worth the paper it is written on.
