How long do I have to ask for chargeback at my bank?

I bought a notebook charger on March, and after a few months it broke. In the listing, the seller said that would give 2 years warranty for the product, but now he doesn't answer my emails. Can I do a chargeback in this case? I have to ask for the chargeback on paypal or on my bank ???

Different banks have different time.....some as short as 6 weeks, some up to one year.  You will have to ask your bank.

You can only do a chargeback if you funded your paypal payment with a credit card or Visa debit card.....the chargeback is started by your bank against the paypal payment.
