U don't just change your mind when you have committed to buy. When you push the button it's a legal contract to purchase.

But then if the seller won't ship after your commitment? Should be an instant dismissal of the arrangement.

Nope, if a buyer doesn't pay the seller should open an NPB dispute, the "buyer" will then get a strike against their account and the item can be relisted. Why should the seller send something that hasn't even been paid for ?????
