Problem with returning defective item
To add, there's a very good chance that you're dealing with a Chinese scammer / dropshipper who has hijacked another member's account ...even though the items exist .
If you're able to, open the dispute immediately.
You can ask eBay to step in after 3 days and don't believe any lies the seller tells you.
The following has been happening for a long time re. Italian and German accounts but all reports ignored by eBay.
These scamming sellers have your details which can be passed around to other scammers.
All older feedback given and received is in German.
The account is NOW showing as registered in Australia.

Response to buyer's feedback mentioning Amazon
"hello dear in our stock this item is not available so that why we send it from other platform i m so sorry dear please accept our apologies thanks for cooperate"
In what way?
What it defective when it arrived?
Have you opened and followed through with an item not as described dispute?
Is this from the beyond dodgy seller you have in your feedback?
Or did you buy as a guest?
Hard to help with just a comment alone
If you received an item not as described and it's within 30 days of receiving it, use the information in this eBay Money Back Guarantee link to file an 'item not as described' dispute
If you've left it too late and as a last resort, you could try a chargeback with your bank
