Dear eBay staff,

I have already collected the item with Collection code 926652 from WoolWorth supermarket on 24/05/17 after eBay sent email to notify me the item was ready to collect on 23/05/17. How come I still received your email three times  to remind me to collect it and saying 'If you fail to collect your item by 06/06/2017 you will not be entitled to a refund as you will no longer be covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.'

Just ignore the reminder emails....there are plenty of glitches on ebay at present and the Collect from Woolworths seems to be another victim of the system.

The first time I used it I got the notification email on the Monday and could not pick up till the weekend....I was agtting an reminder email every day, then 2 a day.   You only have 7 days to collect it before it should be returned to the seller.
