Please advise how I can have my matter resolved, I just want to get this sorted and move on

I've been trying to finalise my sale with them since December 2017.

I don’t know how patient I have to be? Another month and no response and no goods received from the seller.  I can not believe how bad their customer service is and how terribly you have treated me.

1. INCORRECT BOLT -as you already finished to install the table. Not sure if you still need it. could you would like us to resend it to you? if not, we can send a box of chalk to you as compensation.

A box of chalk? Really – that is pathetic offer for the problem of having to go and buy a bolt to finish putting the table together. Would you consider sending some sort of repair kit for the cues? The cheap **bleep** cues you sent me have already broken.and I need new tips with instructions on how to repair?
2. CRACKED CUSHION - if you do not mind to reinstalled it. we can ordered it from our supplier, and it can be arrived around at end of Jan.

Yes I would love to have a new one – thank you please send ASAP.
3. CUSHION RUBBERS - we can offer 1 short cue as a compensation.

I do not require another cue thank you. Perhaps a set of darts?
4. FELT - COMPENSATION: cfmed we can send double sided felt as replacement.

I am still awaiting the receiving of this replacement felt – please send ASAP.
5.SLATE SAFETY, cfmed no issue. resolved.
6.BAD INSTRUCTIONS -as this instruction, we never receipt any claim before.Really not sure what 's the problem. but we can offer 1 pair billiard gloves as a compensation.

I do not require any gloves. Perhaps a set of darts?
7.GOODS STILL NOT RECEIVED.-I have notified our warehouse manager to send it to you already. As our warehouse manager is still on leave for Annual leave. I will check with him once he back to work. If it already sent, I will advise to you the tracking no. if there is anything wrong happened when shipment, I will ask them to resend them to you.

I am Still waiting for The Table Tennis Bats, balls and net for table top- please send.
I am Still waiting for the 2 x Riley Cues - please send.
Darts, Pool Balls etc still not received even after you stated they had been sent, you lied to me. I cancelled order - No compensation offered
