Hi I have had an email from someone who wishes to buy 2 items, I only have one up for bid, would I just send her both and charge her for the second one or do I have to put it up as a buy it now price?

Change the description and price on the active listing if there is no bids to include both purchases.
If there is bids then you can not change anything.
