I bought a throttle for my ebike and i am pretty sure i left a note when making the order which connector i wanted. i may have got distracted during the process and not done it but regardless before he sent the item i emailed him. we emailed each other several times and he did not understand what i was saying at all. i think he was a drop shipper and didnt know the item at all. there were two types of connectors listed you could choose from as i can see from this type of item that many people sell. i sent him pictures of his pictures pulled from the listing and he still doesnt understand. in the end he sent the wrong one without even resolving it with me. its going to take maybe 3 months to reach me from china and then i will have to return it maybe at my expense which is way too much. i thought the issue was language but i dont think so. i am going round in circles with this seller and its so frustrating. can ebay step in in these cases and just resolve it because he has admitted he sent the wrong one by saying it is the waterproof type. i am wanted the SM type
. This is the listing https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/184869819416 and in the 6th photo you can see two types of connectors
Hope that they sent the wrong one. That way you can't use it to fry your eBike. Read up on AUSTRALIAN standards for electrical equipment. And then buy from an Australian seller, selling Australian certified components. It costs more, but you get what you pay for.
As far as the rest of your novel goes, you will have to await receipt if you want to claim not as described.
